I started 2018 off full steam. I was excited about my Nina Savage project and felt like I could balance it all. Then boom a few months later, it was April and my life was swirling. I was barely posting, motivated, but not enough time to write blogs and my full-time job was jumping! Here’s a little secret... I write most of my blog posts in notes whenever I wake up in the middle of the night.
I have my overall goal/plan and know exactly what I want to do, but I’m somewhat scared to jump out there and I’m a little shy, believe it or not! A few nights ago, I was reading my devotional and the title was Sow Good…Reap Blessing (Galatians 6:9-10). Hello! Let that sink in.
I work for a major global advertising agency company. I believe wholeheartedly that “I’m in the right place at the right time” as TD Jakes said in one of his sermons. All the digital content, creative direction, marketing and branding learnings are right here in front of me every day.
So when it comes to this Nina Savage project, I’m ready to execute on another level. But first, I need to do the following:
Remain Consistent – post a blog at least once a week and on IG twice a week!
Network, Network, Network – reach out to other creative directors, brand content strategist and bloggers!
Comfort Zone…Ditch it!
Create an App and more video content – planning stages.
The Secret GOAL…when this happens, I will write and post about it!
