For the first time in years, I went to bed before 12:00 a.m. for a solid week! Sounds crazy right? I felt like my life was the perfect amount of chaos and I was able to balance it all on little to no sleep. Wrong!
I’m not sure what hit me but I could barely keep my eyes open past 8:00 p.m. I decided to go with the flow, get some much-needed rest and create some balance in my life.
I’m naturally a giver. But lately, I’ve been stingy with my time. I’ve been taking it all in weeding out the negative. Being present and in the moment. Taking risk. Smiling and laughing a lot more. And leading a more colorful life.
I guess that’s what breathing x balance will do for you!
